Millard F. Allen | Millard F. Allen was born in Riverside, New Jersey on April 12, 1903 to Joseph & Mary Bush Allen. He married (1st) Verna Scott, who died in 1933 and is buried in Riverside Cemetery. Millard married (2nd) Cora May Southwick in 1935. They lived on Union Avenue in 1940. He joined the US Army and served in the 286th Ordinance Medium Maintenance Co during WWII. His unit was based at Bangor Armed Forces Reserve Center in Bangor, Maine and was deployed in England. Millard died in Atlantic City, New Jersey on April 29, 1971 at age 68. Cora died in Burlington County in 1978. Millard and Cora are buried in Odd Fellows Cemetery in Burlington City.
